Will Spector is Monotype's Chief Strategy & Development Officer, responsible for the development and implementation of Monotype's global strategy and for all aspects of M&A activity. Will leads teams focused on Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Global Data, and M&A, and helps to drive company-wide initiatives related to process efficiency and Voice of Customer.

Prior to joining Monotype, Will was an investor with HGGC, a private equity firm focused on making control investments in mid-market companies, and an advisor with McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. In these roles, Will worked closely with executive teams, boards, and business leaders to drive strategic decision making at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 conglomerates.

Will graduated from Brown University with a degree in Economics and is based in Brooklyn, New York.
